Shipping Policy

We strive to provide the best quality of service. We always make extra effort to provide the fastest shipping for our customers.

 

We provide FREE shipping to Sydney Metro Area for orders over $300 (ex. GST). $25 shipping charge for purchases under $300. Shipping is also *FREE of charge for Melbourne, Canberra, Brisbane, Adelaide, Gold Coast, Newcastle, Gosford and Wollongong if order total is over $400 (ex. GST).  Cost is calculated at check out.

 

In general orders will be despatched within 2 working days after the order is placed. If for any reasons we cannot send within this time frame we will advise you of the anticipated lead time.

 

We give permission for all couriers to leave goods at residential address deliveries. If you do not wish to give permission, please let us know.

 

We reserve the right to alter listed delivery charges whilst we will avoid this wherever possible.  This may occur In the case of multiple or bulky parcels.  If this occurs, we will contact you to discuss shipping options. We reserve the right to nominate the courier/service.
